At Concrete & Iron Fitness we offer clients a  private studio space that is a  warm, inviting and non-intimidating environment. 

Our fitness philosophy is to help you build a healthier, stronger body through habits that change your lifestyle, not just add an hour of exercise to your routine.  That means committing to 3 or more workouts each week.  That’s what will create lasting weight loss and a change in your body that you can see and feel!

We understand that when adopting a healthy lifestyle it can be easy to talk about but hard to do. That’s what certified personal trainers such as Betsy Carter are here for.  She provides education, guidance, motivation and support to keep you accountable.

We know that one size doesn’t fit all  so whether your goal is to get in better shape, improve your eating habits to lose weight or just become a healthier, better version of you, we have programs designed to do just that.

Our programs include:  personal training, small group training, bootcamp classes and BALance Weight Loss.  

  • Personal training – work one on one with your trainer
  • Small group training – work together in a small group of 2-4 people.
  • Bootcamp Classes -  if you are interested in working out in a group of more than 4 people then our bootcamp classes are a good way to do that with the help of the camaraderie and lower cost.  Unlike personal and small group training, our personal trainers will participate to some extent in the bootcamp workouts with you – both for their own fitness and to help motivate you.  Yes, they will sweat right along with you!
  • BALance Weight Loss is an effective, affordable, and complete weight loss program.  Best of all it’s convenient!  It’s an online program that includes everything you need to succeed!
