I offer clients a private studio space that is warm, inviting and a non-intimidating environment.
My fitness philosophy is to help you build a healthier, stronger body from the inside out. I promote combining fitness with nutrition to create lasting weight loss and a change in your body that you can see and feel!
I understand that when adopting a healthy lifestyle it can be easy to talk about but hard to do. That’s what I’m here for. I provide education, guidance, motivation and support to keep you accountable.
I know that one size doesn’t fit all so whether your goal is to get in better shape, improve your eating habits to lose weight or just become a healthier, fitter, better version of you, I design personalized programs to do just that.
Some of my services:
- Personal training – work 1:1 with your trainer or enlist a friend or spouse for 2:1 sessions.
- Small group training – work together in a small group of 3 or more people.
- Bootcamp Classes – work out in a group setting of up to 12 women. Bfit Bootcamp classes are a good way to get a challenging workout that offers camaraderie and a lower cost. Unlike personal and small group training, Betsy will participate to some extent in the bootcamp workouts with you – both for her own fitness and to help motivate you. Yes, she will sweat right along with you!
- 6 Week Weight Loss Program – it’s an affordable, and complete weight loss programs. Best of all it’s convenient! The online program includes everything you need to succeed!
