About This Lesson

Combines gentle movements with breath. Gentle Yoga is perfect for beginners as well as people with specific limitations and those recovering from injury. More experienced students who crave a more restorative practice or need to deeply relax and de-stress will also enjoy Gentle Yoga. Set to a relaxing playlist and ending with applied essential oils, Gentle Yoga is a wonderful way to restore mid-week.
