About This Lesson

Mommy & Me Bootcamp:  This class is designed for Mommy and baby (age 0-2) to get fit and stay fit with full-body workouts using functional fitness with a focus on core conditioning that combines strength, cardio, and flexibility training designed for all fitness levels.
