Brianna is a 300 hour certified yoga instructor and has been teaching for two years. Her yoga practice goes back to her childhood living room with a “Yoga for Kids” video tape. Her practice has evolved in the last 7 years to unique vinyasa flows, breath and meditation, and in the last 3 years to acroyoga. She loves bringing the joy of the practice to anybody and every body in a safe and healthy way.
