Yoga has been a life changing journey for me. I have had a passion for health and exercising since I was a kid, but did not start yoga until I was in my early twenties. My yoga practice back then was just a form of exercise until, without me realizing, it gracefully evolved into a way of life that I practice every day. I have battled many areas of my life with yoga that has served to strengthen me as a whole; mind, body and spirit. Whether you are looking to yoga as a workout, a place to reconnect or to master yoga alignment I have a class for you.
